Please ONLY SUBMIT THE ACTUAL WORK YOU intend to perform. We need to ensure the integrity of the dance festival.
We will be accepting applications until Sept. 29th
There is a non-refundable $50 Dollar performance fee per entry (Tech fee)
If accepted, the performance tech fee is due by Oct. 20th

Choreography/ TIME LIMITS:
Please respect the time limits. 2.5 min Solo, duo or trio 3 min Small groups (4-7 dancers) 4 min Large group (5-12 dancers) 5 min XL Large group (12+ dancers) *If selected, there will be a mandatory dress/tech rehearsal on Saturday Nov. 1st (same day of festival) More specific times TBA Tech will start as early as 10am and continue until 4:00pm There will be a mandatory meeting for all participants at 4:00pm We ask that each group ONLY SUBMIT 1 piece this year. We want to keep the integrity of the festival diverse for our audience We will only be selecting a handful of pieces this year. We want the work submitted to be thoughtful and creative. Please do not assume you/your company is in the festival. We must review your work before notifying you. |
